A Grounding Exercise
Today I want to talk to you about what I think is the most important thing you can be doing at this time.
It is grounding
It is quick, it is simple and youwill get a new sense of calm and connection and really in this busy paced life we are living, to be still and be connected for just a fraction of a second has so many benefits.
If there is anything I would suggest doing it would be grounding. It is really simple and I am happy to walk you through it.
Step 1 - Just take a deep breath up to the heart and stop
Step 2 - Breathe out down the body
Step 3 - Take a deep breath up to the heart and stop
Step 4 - This time as you breathe out down the body just imagine roots going out into the earth. Push the breath out forcefully into the Earth.
During the sequence we want to feel like our feet are in the earth.
That is our key for our ascension.
The more we connect to earth, the more grounded we feel, the more we can take in the light.
It's so easy, you can do it anywhere, at a set of lights, before school drop off. It gives you all that you need.
So I am really happy to share that little bit of advice about what I feel is the most important thing you can be doing.
