With over 25 years as an educator and creative, Ruth's work sits at the intersection of spirituality, embodiment, and art. Guided by integrity, intuition, and lived experience, Ruth offers DNA Key meditations as a tool for inner inquiry and healing. Ruth also uniquely extends this work into small, in-person art circles, where participants move directly from meditation into intuitive creation, allowing the energetic frequency to be embodied and expressed through art.
