Hi, I’m Rachael.

Founder, Futurist, Energy Woman.

I create grounded experiences that help people return to themselves with more clarity, stability, and embodied self-trust.

My work begins by feeling into the unseen, what is ready to open, what is asking to stabilise, and what wants to come into form,

then translating that into practical pathways people can actually feel and walk in real life.

This has been shaped through more than two decades of devotion to consciousness, embodiment, and the living intelligence of the human energy field. I have led 32 retreats across 8 countries, guided more than 10,000 people through embodiment activations, founded the DNA Key, and created the Aspects of Sophia chalice bowls.

Everything I offer is born from lived practice, deep listening, and a genuine devotion to what creates real change.
