What I mean is that I read the field first. The unseen the nothing, I feel what is ready to open, what is asking to be stabilised, and what wants to come into form. I live with what I receive until the architecture becomes clear, then I translate it into a teachable pathways others can walk.
This is not work I learned from a trend cycle, a weekend training, or borrowed language. It has been forged through more than two decades of devotion to consciousness, embodiment, and the living intelligence of the human energy field.
Over the years, this way of working has shaped everything I create. I have led 32 retreats across 8 countries, guided more than 10,000 people through embodiment activations, founded the DNA Key, and created the Aspects of Sophia chalice bowls. What moves through my teachings comes from lived initiation, refined practice, and deep listening to what truly creates change.
My work bridges mystery and matter. Ancient wisdom and real life. Higher consciousness and embodied leadership.

Private retreat
BATH, UK
It's noon on a cold English afternoon.
We check into the five-star Gainsborough Spa Hotel. Your private room awaits, with gifts thoughtfully placed upon your bed. A ceremony tailored to where you are and where you desire to go is crafted and created.
We then immerse ourselves in the sacred waters of the spa, allowing the slowness to normalise and the calm to flood your being. We softly "do the work" whilst in the temple. You are then transported through a salt scrub and healing massage, bringing the physical into alignment with your new frequency. After a nourishing lunch, we return to the waters and enter the spiral of transformation once more, aligning all layers of your future self. Along the way, I share initiations, energetics, and teachings designed to open deeper spaces within your being.
Dinner is served. We chat some more, unrushed and fully in flow, dreaming into higher realities. Dream-time work becomes part of the dance.
The following morning may include a slow walk in nature, time in the steam and sauna, physical devotion, a sacred sound session, more nourishing food, and soul time. We close at the same time we began, or continue the journey if you so choose, for this is a retreat crafted to your every desire.
Couples are welcome, as are small groups of your closest friends.

GLASTONBURY, UK
We woke before dawn. She had spoken of what she wanted to unlock, so I guided her to a sacred and secret space upon the mound in Glastonbury. The presence of her ancestors felt ever near. A slow and deeply devotional ceremony unfolded. Something ancient stirred. A sacred sound emerged that had never been accessed before. Her confidence amplified. Her presence expanded. Something within her remembered itself.
After approximately three hours together, she wandered off to integrate the experience in her own way.
We reunited as the sun began to fall, this time at the Tor. Conversations that appeared effortless offered some of the greatest insights of the day, and the opening that had begun that morning continued to deepen.
As the sun lowered across the horizon, we honoured the completion of a past chapter through a ceremony known only to us. With the potency of the day still pulsing through our beings, we followed what felt good. Beautiful food. Laughter. Wandering through town. The retreat flowed well beyond our planned eight hours.
A friendship deepened. We crossed paths with other women, sharing stories, laughter, and activation late into the evening. No two Glastonbury retreats are ever the same.

Western Australia
She jokingly called it a "pyjama party." I drove over 600 kilometres to meet her, and what unfolded was something far beyond a traditional session. The extended time allowed us to truly settle into her transformation. There was no rush. No pressure to arrive somewhere by a certain hour. We had space to go deeper, to integrate, and to gently enter the places within her that were ready to hold more light.
We shared meals, conversations, silence, laughter, and real life. The retreat became woven into the rhythm of her everyday world, allowing the work to land in a way that felt both profound and deeply sustainable. This is the beauty of a private retreat. It does not have to look a certain way. It can unfold in a luxury hotel, a sacred destination, or the comfort of your own home.
