A six-month self- guided immersion through the nine energetic gateways of the energy body.You move through each gateway progressively, allowing the architecture of your system to stabilise over time rather than being rushed or bypassed.
Within each gateway, you are supported through a combination of:
energetic activations
guided meditations
practical tools and integration practices
Devotional processes that bring the work into your daily life
As you move through the gateways, you begin to understand how your energy moves, where it fragments, and how to bring it back into coherence.
This is where your inner energetic architecture becomes something you can engage with consciously.
All content is delivered through a dedicated app, allowing you to move through the journey with ease and at your own pace.

Fortnightly Live Calls
Throughout the six-month container, we gather live to explore the gateways more deeply.
These sessions are a space to ask questions, bring real-life situations, and receive direct guidance as you integrate the teachings into your own life.
Call times are offered in both morning and evening AWST to support varied time zones.
Three day
In Person RETREAT
Three-day in-person RETREAT with Rachael designed to anchor the practices into the body through presence, sound and energetic alignment.
This is where the work becomes more tangible, more embodied, and more sustainable.
One retreat is included within your Pillar journey.
Each retreat is capped at 11 participants to preserve the intimate nature of the container and allow for a more personal experience of the work.
Participants have twelve months to attend a Pillar day retreats.

What I mean is that I read the field first. The unseen the nothing, I feel what is ready to open, what is asking to be stabilised, and what wants to come into form. I live with what I receive until the architecture becomes clear, then I translate it into a teachable pathways others can walk.
This is not work I learned from a trend cycle, a weekend training, or borrowed language. It has been forged through more than two decades of devotion to consciousness, embodiment, and the living intelligence of the human energy field.
Over the years, this way of working has shaped everything I create. I have led 32 retreats across 8 countries, guided more than 10,000 people through embodiment activations, founded the DNA Key, and created the Aspects of Sophia chalice bowls. What moves through The Pillar comes from lived initiation, refined practice, and deep listening to what truly creates change.
The Pillar was born from that devotion.
It is the body of work I wish more people had access to sooner. A grounded pathway into energetic mastery. A way to understand your inner architecture so your clarity, expression, stability, and leadership no longer feel fragmented.
My work bridges mystery and matter. Ancient wisdom and real life. Higher consciousness and embodied leadership.
